It is a traditional farm house offering all the comforts of a hotel. Situated on a cliff top formed out of tuff to the east of Montepulciano, and half a kilometre's walk from the city's medieval walls, this former 18th century oil mill has been lovingly restored, providing guests with high quality accommodation.
The farm house boasts west facing views of the medieval town of Montepulciano, spectacular, uninterrupted east facing views of the valleys of Valdichiana and lake Trasimeno and south facing views of the Valardegna, framed by the mountain vistas of Totona and Cappuccini.

The rooms, all immaculately and stylishly furnished, command spectacular views of the city and rolling countryside.
The splendid and spacious drawing rooms with open fires and Breakfast Room are all located on the ground floor. Breakfast can also be served to guests under the pergola on the belvedere, weather permitting. The thickness of the original walls coupled with effective roof insulation ensure high levels of personal comfort throughout the farm house during the summer months.

All Rooms are spacious and have been refurbished to a high standard. They all have king size or twin beds, facilities with power shower and are equipped with hair dryer, mini-bar.
